What do I do when my frame is damaged when I receive it?

Stuff happens sometimes—if your package gets lost or arrives damaged, don’t sweat it. Contact us ASAP at service@zink.bike, and we’ll sort it out. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to get you a replacement or refund, depending on what works best for you.
